Konsole/Terminal Shortcuts

 

Recently though one of my friend and colleague I got to know about some some command line shortcuts which are very helpful for the people who are addicted to use konsole or terminal.

Following are the list of shortcuts:

CTRL-A : Move cursor to the start of the line

CTRL-E : Move cursor to the end of the line

CTRL-L : Clear the line

CTRL-D : Logout

CTRL-U : Delete to the left of the cursor

CTRL-K : Delete to the right of the cursor

CTRL-W : Delete the word on the left of the cursor

CTRL-Y : Paste (after CTRL-U,K,W)

CTRL-R : Reverse search history
