Read EPUB documents in Ubuntu/Debian

 

EPUB is Electronic Publication in an open book standard developed by International Digital Publishing Forum(IDPF).

Recently I got a EPUB document, so I did a bit exploration about how to read it in Linux/Ubuntu/Debian.

There is software called calibre, which will help us to read EPUB documents.

How to install calibre:

You can install calibre with apt-get as shown.

$ sudo apt-get install calibre
